Our Yiwu Sourcing Agent Services Process:

 

We may require a small deposit before the process begins. Hotel transportation and other similar expenses are not included in our wholesale Yiwu Sourcing Agent commission fees and must be calculated separately.

 

Before Coming to Yiwu

1. Suggest the ideal time for your business trip to China.

2. Find suppliers and arrange meetings for you prior to your arrival.

3. Issue an invitation letter (business invitation letter or formal invitation letter) for your visa application.

4. Book a hotel

5. Pick up from Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, or Yiwu Airport.

 

Arrival in Yiwu and Purchasing

1. We guide you to the correct product market, and visit all outlets one by one, or visit the factory as needed;

2. Interpretation between you and the supplier;

3. Write down all product details, such as: item number, description, unit price, quantity, size, color, packing details, MOQ, etc. We will take pictures of all the goods you wish to order.

4. Make proforma invoice, including unit price, pcs/ctn, total amount, total CBM, sea freight, local handling fee, etc. for your reference together with our purchase order.

 

After you Complete the Purchase in Yiwu

1. The order is placed after your confirmation, and the advance payment is received;

2. We track every order to ensure that the production will be completed according to our expected timeline and requirements, you will be kept updated during the proccess. 

3. The customer pays the balance by telegraphic (bank wire) transfer before receiving the goods, as we have to pay the supplier on the day of receiving the goods;

4. The goods are transferred to our own warehouse, and then subsequently inspected to make sure the order meets your requirements. An invoice report is sent to you for your confirmation;

5. Allocate payment to all eligible suppliers;

6. Book space and arrange delivery according to customer requirements.

7. Prepare relevant export documents and customs clearance.

8. We send you all documents including Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice to help you clear customs at the destination.

 

If you do not Wish to Travel to Yiwu

1. If you want to customize your own design or want us to source a product that is the exact same as your sample, we will locate and purchase it in Yiwu or by other means;

2. We conduct sample development after receiving the sample fee;

3. After the sample is confirmed, you enter the ordering procedure detailed above;

4. We check your order for you if you order directly from the factory. Our QC staff will go to the factory for quality control, then send you an inspection report for your confirmation.

5. Products are shipped to you.
